Plea for Support
If you have found this resource useful for your research, please, tell to SPAIN RESEARCH AGENCY (direccion@aei.gob.es, secretaria.general@aei.gob.es) & U.C.M. Research Office (sec.investigacion@ucm.es, vr.investigacion@ucm.es).
Your support is crucial to keep it up and running.
This resource contains potential T cell epitopes from 124 proteins that are shared between pathogenic orthopoxviruses including variola major (Bangladesh and India strains) and minor (Garcia strain) virus (VARV), monkeypox virus (MPXV), cowpox virus and vaccina viruses (VACV)(Copenhagen, Tian-Tian and Modified Ankara Strains). For T cell epitope retrieval, the system uses as reference Variola virus major, strain Bangladesh-1975
T cell epitopes can be retrieve by distinct criteria, including HLA restriction, temporal expression and several protein features.
